When I woke up this morning, sun was shining with all its brightness. I was very happy because I have waited really long for such a bright, sunny day. I haven’t seen those butterflies and bees flying around flowers and fields which I used to see nearly everyday, since the last day of spring.
They only show up when the sun is there to shine but it was really very cloudy these days in our city. So after sipping my tea I got out with my half charged camera, and saw total 8 types of butterflies, and some honeybees too! Among them there were three butterflies which I have never seen before.
Here is one which I captured but the other two butterflies flew away before I could turn on my camera.
Small plants in the fields had managed to grow up a little longer after the shower of rain.
Newly emerged leaves were shining…
I was starring at the clumps of mosses which have covered all tree branches with their bright green color when suddenly I saw a spider web which was shining as the sunlight was being reflected by it. it was really very delicately woven by the spider who was taking rest in the middle of its own little “universe”.
I spent a lot of time with my sister starring at bugs and beetles, butterflies and birds, trees and flowers… it was really a great day. and now i can realize why someone had said that.. greatest treasures are hidden in our own backyard.…
